The staff were soooo helpful, I felt like a VIP! And the location was to die for. The restaurant has a great atmosphere and the food was delicious!

Appreciated how the a double room with the comfiest bed in the world was arranged when we arrived. Location: the hotel was really close to the nature and environment of the location and a beautiful beach and the beach area. Dined at L'arte del gelato, it was at a short distance from the venue.

We got a room with a bath. Included a mini-bar, satellite television, and climate control, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable...

We had an amazing time at Nantipa. The staff, from reservation to check-out, were exceptional – patient, responsive, and professional. The restaurant staff, especially Luis, provided phenomenal service and the food was of the highest quality. The hotel infrastructure is unique and eco-friendly, with a clever rainwater system. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities of a high-end hotel. The location was perfect, with a beautiful, quiet beach just steps away. Nantipa exceeded our expectations in every way.

The room was perfect and reasonably large and we had a mini-bar, satellite television, and climate control. Location: the hotel was close enough to the beach of Santa Teresa and the restaurant.

Our family had an incredible time at this exclusive and private Tico Beach experience in Santa Teresa. The opportunity to enjoy horseback riding, surf lessons, and bioluminosity tours added so much excitement and adventure to our stay. The facilities were perfect for families or friends traveling together, with spacious rooms and a beautiful beach layout. We felt like we had our own private paradise.

I loved my recent beach vacation in this city. The location of the hotel was perfect for me, right on the beach allowing me to take morning walks while watching beautiful sunrises. The hotel facilities were top-notch with a fantastic pool and spa, and the rooms have everything you need and are sparkling clean. The staff was exceptional, always friendly, and accommodating; they made me feel like a VIP guest. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of healthy options available.

Nothing that I didn't like. The hotel was perfect in every way possible, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an ideal beach vacation.

We booked the private pool beach front room and it was perfect. The bed was so comfy, like sleeping on a cloud. During our trip, we had the opportunity to go horseback riding and take surf lessons. It was such a blast! And the best part was the bioluminosity tour we did at night. It was like being in a magical fairy tale. This hotel is definitely the ultimate beach experience for young people like us.

The only thing we wished for was a better nightlife scene. As teenagers who love to party, we would have loved some more options to have a good time at night.

Best aspects of my New Year's stay: Clean and attractive accommodations with a private pool and a great restaurant with helpful servers. The beach was lovely and perfect for my activities, while the location was really convenient for local shopping. I also appreciated the natural toiletries and approved mosquito repellent.

Worst aspects of my New Year's stay: The guard was not looking out for the guests as instructed, so I didn't feel safe leaving valuables in the room. The hotel's management was unresponsive when I reported my stolen items and they didn't offer any compensation.

The complementary cocktails and beach towels were a nice touch, and the location right by the beach was perfect. The natural mosquito repellent was also a nice surprise and really came in handy. The vibe of the place was great and we enjoyed the boho furnishings and relaxed atmosphere.

Our room wasn't ready when we arrived and the staff seemed a bit disorganized. We also had some issues with the air conditioning not working properly, which made for an uncomfortable night's sleep.
